Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nattapon Chantarapanich, Vice Dean of Research and Innovation, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Ob Nilaphai, Vice Dean of Organizational Development, Asst. Prof. Dr. Manida Tongroon, Head of the Automotive Technology and Alternative Energy Research Unit, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sakda Thongchai, Chairman of the Automotive Engineering Program (International Program), traveled to coordinate collaboration with the National Research and Innovation Agency (Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional: BRIN) in Indonesia from May 15th to 18th, 2023. The purpose of the visit was to foster cooperation in research, exchange of researchers, and recruitment of graduate students. They were warmly welcomed by Dr. Eng. Budi Prawara, Chairman of the Research Organization for Electronics and Informatics, and Dr. Haznan Abimanyu, Dip.Ing., Chairman of the Research Organization for Energy and Manufacture, as well as the heads of various research centers. They exchanged information and visited the laboratories of different research units. Additionally, they visited PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Indonesian-aircraft Industries) and PT. Industri Elekomunikasi Indonesia to discuss collaboration on electric vehicles, both in the automotive and aerospace fields. Furthermore, they met with the International Christian Education Foundation School (BPK) PENABUR to promote the faculty’s programs and provide information about admission for undergraduate studies.
